Since she designed the meal plan herself it probably wasn´t too difficult for her to stick to it. May be everbody who wants to lose weight should get enough info on healthy nutrition and design his/her´s own meal plan. So everybody can follow a diet that fits perfectly into their individual lifestyle.

Thanks for forwarding this useful information. I don’t doubt the results of the weight loose books or CDs but I always feel that there is very little online help for the people to maintain those gained results for longer period.

My personal experiences with crash weight loss programs have been mixed. Once the weight comes off, it requires dedication to keep it off, which requires improved habits in terms of diet, exercise, and general health. Crash weight loss programs ARE effective, but they require investment in the long-run.

I am not sure weather by doing a simple crash course or by watching a CD any one may loose weight. Its very unusual. But i am sure about one thing that this will surely make every one aware of weight loss who reads it.
