A really amazing CD that combines Qi gong and meditation is the Smiling Practice which available on cdbaby.com. You use your smiling energy to balance your body. We have all had the experience of walking into a room were we didn't know anyone and if the first person we meet smiles and welcomes us - we feel good about being there, but if the first person ignores us or isn't pleasant we want to melt into the floor or turn around and leave. It's a sweet meditation that only takes a half hour to complete. I think if you try it out you will enjoy it very much. I know that it has made a difference in my life.
