Good thing you took the steps to help those who have no talent in cooking (lol). I loved fish and having it as my food the whole day makes my tummy happy. And since I loved eating fish so I will work on cooking my own and nevertheless impress my loved ones. I might even consider placing it in fabulous food hampers to add delights.

I sure would like to find a good (and easy) way to either fry or bake trout. Not so much a recipe from a book though, more of a "home" recipe would be great!

A vacation is not just sitting at home in front of the tv like a couch potato. you gotta go out and see it all be it hawii watsahoi or japan you go out there to not just watch it on the discovery channel experience it. So go out, take it slow and let the good times roll.
