The idea behind this is great however back in the 80's this was a huge rage since many parents believed that it would give their children a huge advantage in life. 20 years later they tested as many of those children as they could find. The studies showed that all the children who had received the intensive training when younger fell within the norms of those who hadn't received all the training. Many studies show it is more important to give your kids your time and love than to teach them to spell or do calculus.

Nice concept. A child can acquire best learning from home. At young age parents teach their child on how speak, identify words, colors and things. But this concept can introduce to a child the best things in this world in advance training and more advance knowledge.

It is a good concept, if you start teaching children young it is bound to help later. However I think to put too much emphasis on products like this isn't the best idea. Too many people spend hours forcing their children to do things to help them be smarter while younger then drop the ball when the child is at school. I think if you consistently help your childs education through school then products like these wouldn't be neccessary.

I don't believe in these kind of things... It's like those TV programs for infants and kids, that end up destroying their brains instead of developing them.

I'd like some software that makes me smarter. I'd like to have an encyclopedic knowledge base now!

This would be great if it worked. Although I'm not sure I can manage to picture my son with an Encyclopedic Knowledge at 3 years old. Still he's probably smarter than me!

I wonder if this stuff really works, my son could be even smarter than he already is. That would be scary, I think he's already running the place now!

If anyone remembers back in the 80's this was the rage. If you teach you child everything you can before they start school then they are going to have a huge advantage later on. Lots of parents spent hours and hours teaching every subject there was. Who can blame them we all want our kids to succeed. Scientists are tracking these kids down to see how much good it really did and so far the results are not encouraging. The super trained kids are following the same averages that regular kids have.

This is a great concept and good for young children to get a head start however we do need to be careful to ensure children are allowed to be 'kids' for as long as possible
