Is it very true? I have never heard of such a thing, that you can be fit and healthy for being just 7 minutes in the GYM daily. Really awesome indeed, i am pretty sure that many people would like to know more about it in detail.

You have to work out like a gym brat if you want to succeed. Sweat is still the best answer, so it is better to push yourself to the limit.
