i never really began losing weight until i stopped starving myself (which slows down your metabolism, defeating the whole purpose!) to eating many small meals (about 6 or 7) throughout the day. it really works.

Loosing weight is not so easy....its takes lots of time to loose weight....and loosing weight would be much better if its explained by some professional and experienced person.

I don’t think, it is possible in only five days. It takes months to get slimmer how it is possible in such a short duration.

Is possible in 5weeks you can turn to slim form fat...its very awesome then. If they are targeting weight loss then it is really an appreciable thing.

I don't believe anyone can get slimmer through email. I try to slim with pills and exercise and my strong will (hheehe) of course.

An interesting approach to weight loss! I had never considered the inclusion of hypnosis, but it seems to make sense since hypnosis capitalizes on a person's "suggestability."
However, as with anything else, the desire begins with the person himself -- if they cannot motivate themselves intrinsically to lose weight, a quick fix will not work. This should supplement one's desire to get healthy.
